Your team's 'Configure Team' page is an important page to visit as this is where you can update any of your team's information, but also create the default settings for things like your team's notifications and which features are being used by your team.
Access to the Configure Team page is limited to team managers, who can find the Configure button for their team on their RosterBot Home Page and on the Navigation bar.
The first section you will see is your Team Details, which is all the information provided when your team was first created.
Team Features are shown below the Team Details section with toggles for the following features:
Obfuscate Team Info - This means your team member information, like email addresses and phone numbers, is hidden from everyone but team managers. Discoverable teams cannot turn this off.
Push Notifications - Push notifications via the RosterBot App (iPhone/Android) will be received by all team members. These include notifications for Event Invites, Reminders, Manager Reports, Chirp Messages & more.
Email Team - This allows team managers to email the entire team using the Email Team tool.
HTML Email - This affects how the emails sent by RosterBot are sent (HTML or Plain-text).
Below this are your team's Event Notification settings. The setup you have created here will be applied to every event you create from now on. If you make updates to this section, they will only be applied to future events created, any existing events will inherit the setup they had previously.
Event Invites: 3 Days - This means your team's Full-time players will receive their Event Invitations 3 days prior to your Event starting.
Spare Invites: 2 Days - If your team has Spares turned ON and the minimum number of players required for your event has not been reached, RosterBot will automatically invite your Spare players 2 days before your event. For more information on how Spares work, please read this tutorial.
Event Reminder: 12 Hours - Every checked-in member of your team will receive a reminder 12 hours before your event with the information about the event.
Manager Report: 12 Hours - Each team manager will receive a full report on who's attending the next event.
Below are four more toggles:
Spares - Turning this ON will mean RosterBot will automatically invite your Spares when your event needs more players.
Position Assistant - RosterBot will try and ensure required positions and the correct number of players are assigned the positions needed for each event. For more information on the Position Assistant, read our tutorial.
Open Event - Turning this event will allow your Event's URL to be posted anywhere and allow non-team members to apply to join the event. This is a great tool for things like drop-in events.
Attendance Reminders - Any time a player changes their RSVP status after the Manager Report has been sent, manager's will be notified. A good tool to make manager's aware of last-minute changes to their roster.
