Only a current manager can add new managers to the team.
The original creator of your team in RosterBot is automatically made a manager, but within RosterBot they can give more than one person managerial privileges.
This is especially helpful for giving coaches, assistant coaches and managers access to seeing who’s coming to the next game, adjusting game and practice time, sending messages, or assigning who’s bringing the water bottles to the next game.
After you log-in, head to the ‘Players’ tab through the Navigation bar on the left of the screen.
The far left-side column is for assigning Managers.
As the creator of your team’s RosterBot account you will be automatically be given managerial privileges, but you can apply these to whomever else you would like by clicking the grey box next to each players name. A red square, like Babe Ruth or Derek Jeter below, signifies a manager.
Your new manager will notice the changes the next time they access RosterBot.
