It’s the most important question any manager or coach needs to know before a game: Who’s going to be there.
There are several ways to let you manager know when you will be there, and just as importantly, when you won’t.
RosterBot will send invitations to your team in advance of your next event.
These reminders include two buttons which say, ‘IN’ or ‘OUT’.
Click on which one you are for that event and you will head to your Event page where you will be marked either 'IN' or 'OUT'.
Once you’ve logged into RosterBot, you will see the upcoming events you have scheduled for all your teams on RosterBot.
Each event shows when and where your event is, along with the Check-in toggle.
Every event has it’s own Event Page, which you can get to by clicking the Event’s title.
At the top of the Event Page is your own Check-in toggle.
Your team’s Dashboard will show both your next Event (on the right) and your previous event (on the left).
You will see a Check-in toggle on the right, along with the pertinent information you need to know for your next Event.
To check-in for your next event, open the RosterBot app. On your Home screen, you will see all your event listed at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the event you wish to check-in for and you will open your Event page, where there is a check-in toggle.
When you receive a push notification about your next event via RosterBot, swipe the notification and you will be taken to that event.
You can then choose ‘In’ or ‘Out’ at the top of the screen for your event.
